UConn hoops: From Boatright, to Gibbs and Adams

Happy NBA Draft day.

UConn fans, I honestly don’t expect Ryan Boatright to be selected tonight but the second round is always full of surprises. Boat is a great person with a big heart and a motor for the game.  I hope he gets a chance, one way or the other. Teams may pass on him and say he is too small. But there must be hoops for him somewhere in this global game. If there is any news about him being drafted or going to a team as an undrafted free agent, we will post here when we find out.

As you wait for that, please check out my story on the UConn newcomers. It was posted by Today’sU.com earlier today. Click here to read the story and please share it through social media – if you are so inclined.

Just a guess, but I think UConn Nation is going to be very pleased with Sterling Gibbs and Co. in 2015-16.
