Follow me on Twitter @Kendavis55 and I’ll be posting pictures and messages throughout the proceedings, starting with the clambake at 7 p.m. I’m covering the news for Today’s U. Stories will be up Tuesday morning with a recap of the lobster consumption from a sunset New England clambake on Goat Island. Looks as if the weather will be stay good throughout this event, which began in Newport with the old Big East conference.

We will have the AAC preseason media poll when it is released Tuesday morning. Then we will be gathering features on the entire conference, including Navy’s first year as a member, the continued pursuit of respect in the college football world and much more. Can’t wait to see what UCF coach George O’Leary has to say about that challenge game proposed by UConn coach Bob Diaco.
